Group Finance and Admin Manager

  • Financial Management
    • Manage financial records, including budgets, expenses, and income.
    • Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
    • Prepare financial reports and statements.
    • Managing payroll and employee reimbursements.
    • Collaborate with external auditors and tax consultants.
  • Strategic Planning
    • Assist in developing financial strategies and goals.
    • Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
    • Provide financial investments insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Tax Management
    • Develop and plan tax strategies.
    • Apply for tax credits, incentives, and subsidies available at local, state, and federal levels.
  • Compliance and Regulation:

  • Record-Keeping and Documentation:

  • HR Management
    • Recruit, select, and onboard new employees.

Project and Operation Manager or Senior Engineer

In this leadership role, you will be managing the full lifecycle of pharmaceutical water systems projects and supervising operational activities.

Project Management

  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, timelines, and budgets.
  • Team Coordination: Build and lead project teams, assigning tasks and responsibilities.
  • Resource Management: Allocate and manage project resources effectively, including personnel, budget, and materials.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Progress Monitoring: Track project progress, report on key performance indicators, and adjust plans as needed.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and regular communication with project stakeholders, ensuring alignment with objectives.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that projects meet quality standards and compliance requirements.
  • Project Closure: Conduct project evaluations, document lessons learned, and ensure a smooth transition to post-project operations.

Operations Management
